  • Deliver a clear presentation on how an organisation can achieve sustainable results by implementing change management 
  • Identify the factors in planned change processes and explain their impact on the change process with examples
  • Identify the elements of reactive change processes and explain their impact on the change process with examples 
  • Analyse three examples of each process in your organization and document the results of the analysis so as to explain the benefits the      changes had for the organisation 
  • Describe a model for effective change management and explain what  its various components are 
  • Describe each step in the process of change management 
  • Explain how each step is managed using examples from an organization that has implemented the model 
  • Explain why people resist change 
  • Analyse what impact resistance to change has on the progress in the organization in which they work 
  • Identify ways in which resistance to change can be overcome and give examples of how they were successfully used in regard to individuals      and an organisation 
  • Identify the various change management risks and give an explanation of what each could mean for the process of change and the long  term success of the organization
  • understand issues of responsibility, authority, power and influence in this context
  • Give examples of how these risks were overcome in an organisation and present it in an oral presentation
